Another incredibly fruitful call closed at the end of August, with some of the best emerging artists from the Balkans taking part in the application process. Our jury had a hard time narrowing the list of talents down to the final 10.

We are pleased to welcome 10 new amazing talents to the MOST Balkan Music Export programme! From body music to vocal poliphony, ethnojazz to contemporary sevdah, these musicians represent diverse musical genres.

We are proud to introduce you to the selected artists of Round 3, who are:

• Alice in WonderBand from Serbia
• Baklava from North Macedonia
• Balkalar from Croatia
• Besart Zhuja from Kosovo*
• DANTCHEV:DOMAIN from Bulgaria/Finland
• Dunjaluk from Croatia
• Koszika from Romania
• PJEV from Croatia
• Rona Nishliu Quartet from Albania, Kosovo*, and North Macedonia
• The Zarina Prvasevda Ensemble from North Macedonia

The jury consisted of internationally renowned world music experts:

• Simon Broughton, Editor-in-chief of Songlines Magazine [UK],
• Rok Kosir, Booking agent, Manager at R.O.K. booking & management [SI],
• Balázs Weyer, Programming Director of Hangvető [HU].
