My experience in management is mostly based on management in the performing arts – as a director, as a manager of a company and as an artistic director of the ACT Festival for Independent Theatre. My interest in music arose naturally on the one hand by curating festivals and their side-programme, as well as one off events, and secondly – as a manager of a post-world-punk band called KAKE?.
