As a project manager employed in culture for three years, I am interested in developing new music programs in my organization, the Association Kulturanova, based in Novi Sad, Serbia. I would like to learn more about the management of music festivals and other events, as well as the possibilities for their fundraising, marketing and promotion. I would like to network with cultural managers from other countries and develop cooperation with them and work with young, unestablished bands and music creators who do not find a place to promote their music in the mainstream media.
