We are super excited to announce that we are taking MOST to the next level with a strong presence at WOMEX 22 in Lisbon, with several activities spreading the magic of Balkan cultures to world music enthusiasts like ourselves.

What are we planning for WOMEX this year?

First off, a conference panel dedicated to the Balkan brand in music, titled “The Brand of the Land” with speakers Balázs Weyer of Hangvető (HU), Minna Huuskonen of Minnamurra Music Management Agency (FI), Tino Grasselt of Tomato Production (DE) and Marija Vitas of the World Music Association of Serbia (RS). You may already know some of these seasoned speakers from the previous rounds of the MOST programme.

BALKAN:MOST Night – an exclusive showcase evening

That’s not all! We are extremely proud to announce that MOST will have a dedicated evening at the offWOMEX stage, titled BALKAN:MOST Night. Three amazing artists of the Balkan Music Export programme will have the chance to showcase their talent. They are: Corina Sîrghi și Taraful Jean Americanu (RO), Perija (MK) and Oratnitza (BG).
