Adriatico Mediterraneo

For the last 13 years Adriatico Mediterraneo, located in picturesque Ancona, has been a safe harbor and solid platform for cultural exchange, artistic expression, and cooperation for musicians and artists of the Mediterranean region.

The Festival Adriatico Mediterraneo gathers crowds in the end of August in Ancona, Italy, every year year since 2007. The festival in the millenary town at the East coast of Italy wants to contribute to the depiction of new sceneries of integration and cohesion by establishing, through culture, a dialogue between countries, with a special focus on the Mediterranean region.

Many important Italian and international artists have previously been involved in the festival. The idea is to create a wast surface for meetings and exchange of culture, to represent the manifold artistic expressions of the region, but above all to realize and strengthen networks of cultural cooperation.
