COPYRIGHT RULES & LICENSES

By submitting its application, Applicant accepts the following terms detailed below.

The below provisions shall be applicable for MOST Open Call Applicants, in case Applicant will be selected, as of the date of the announcement of the selection results, until the end date of the MOST project (31.10.2023).

Applicant grants HANGVETŐ Zenei Terjesztő Társulás Kft. (H-1054 Budapest, Hercegprímás Street 11. III. 1., reg.no.: 13125684-2-41) as lead organisation of MOST a non-exclusive license of the supplied video, photo and audio content delivered to HANGVETŐ by Applicant in the framework of MOST Open Calls, for non-commercial and/or promotional use at the sole discretion of HANGVETŐ, without any timely or geographical limitation. Applicant provides HANGVETŐ with the right to reproduce, publicly display, broadcast, telecast and distribute the supplied video, photo and audio content for marketing, advertising, educational, and/or promotional purposes in relation to the MOST project, in any shape or form, and for all media. HANGVETŐ may alter, edit or enhance the supplied video, photo and audio content without prior approval of Applicant.

Applicant retains title and ownership of the supplied video, photo and audio content. Applicant may solely be liable for obtaining any and all necessary licenses, permissions and/or other clearances for the original musical compositions and visual images included in the supplied content, and hereby indemnifies and expressly releases HANGVETŐ from any third party liability in relation to the use of the supplied video, photo and audio content. In no event shall Applicant have the right to obtain or enforce any injunctive, equitable, or other relief which would in any manner prevent, delay or interfere with the complete exercise by HANGVETŐ of the rights granted herein.

Applicant acknowledges and accepts that during MOST project activities photo, audio and video recordings will be prepared for the use of HANGVETŐ for marketing, advertising, educational, and/or promotional purposes. Applicant permits HANGVETŐ to indicate its name and to use the photo, audio and video recordings in printed and electronic materials for marketing, advertising, educational, and/or promotional purposes.
